Mine Saylan and Ufuk Ali Saylan launched Saylan Teknik in 2023, specializing in industrial process engineering and surface processing solutions.
Saylan Teknik is a front-runner in the surface processing market, offering solutions for engineering, machinery, and consultancy. In addition to manufacturing and marketing our innovative cabin-style wet blasting equipment and injection blasting machine, we also provide our clients with ecologically friendly surface processing technologies.
Saylan Teknik is also the only authorized dealer for the Thrace region for Vibromak, the top manufacturer of vibration machinery in our nation. Vibromak effectively services the surface processing industry in over 40 countries across 5 continents with its 30 years of expertise and industry experience. The operations of degreasing, rust removal, deburring, edge breaking, polishing, surface preparation prior to painting, and drying on components composed of different metals and non-metals (such as bakelite, ABS, copper, brass, iron, steel, etc.) are collectively referred to as surface processing. Numerous industries, including military, defense, casting, the manufacture of equipment and machine parts, textile parts, orthopedics and implant parts, jewelry, aviation, and medical and surgical instruments, effectively use our surface processing machines.

In 2003, Mine Saylan received her diploma from Marmara University's business administration program. She gained independence after graduating by living in the UK for 1.5 years, where she also worked on her language abilities.
She started working in the market research industry after moving back to Turkiye, fulfilling an ambition she had had since she was an undergraduate. She had the chance to work on research projects in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, fast-moving consumer goods, automotive, banking, and the financial sector. She also had expertise in specialized research fields like conjoint pricing, mystery shopping, and shopper research. Mine Saylan kept working in the telecoms industry, assisting clients in selecting the best strategies for various marketing segments and seizing business possibilities. She actively participated in a variety of sectors after conducting market research, including brand positioning and strategy, digital marketing, and B2B marketing. Prestigious marketing and communication awards were given to the projects she oversaw and in which she took part. After working for a corporation for over 17 years, she made the decision to partner with her husband to launch her own business.
Mine Saylan is a person who appreciates every element of production and thinks that becoming older shouldn't stop you from learning new things and trying them out. She views the skills and information she acquired during her corporate career as a chance to contribute to the growth of her own brand and to create initiatives that will benefit the industry.
Ufuk Ali Saylan
Metallurgical and Materials Sr. Engineer

In 2001, Ufuk Ali Saylan earned a degree in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering from Yildiz Technical University. He established Saykar Metalurji ve Yüzey Ürünleri in 2003, and in 2004 he earned his master's degree from the same institution. He spent 20 years as a senior engineer and corporate leader at Saykar Metalurji developing approximately 70 new sandblasting machine models that were adapted to certain requirements. He oversaw the establishment of new facilities, provided surface treatment consulting services, and oversaw special projects in addition to managing the design, development, manufacture, and sales operations of specialized sandblasting equipment. In 20 years, he successfully manufactured and sold roughly 1200 dry and wet system machines that he developed to top aerospace and defense industry companies like TEI, ALP Havacilik, MKE, and BAYKAR. As a project leader, he worked with TÜBİTAK and KOSGEB to develop novel machines.
He created a pressurized cabinet-type wet sandblasting system that had never been created with a similar operating principle after observing the detrimental impacts of dry sandblasting on the workplace and employee health. He received the patent for these devices in 2020. Nearly a hundred businesses worldwide are presently utilizing the patented equipment, which are highly chosen by sectors like defense, aerospace, automotive, medical, aluminum, rubber, laminated manufacturing, cutting tools, glass, and sanitary ware.
Ufuk Ali Saylan, who comes from an idealistic family, aspires to carry on his aunt Prof. Dr. Turkan Saylan's love of country and commitment to service in his own line of work.
