A dust-free and healthy blasting experience is offered by the wet blasting technique in conjunction with the sophisticated filtration system. The basic operating principle can be described as processing parts that can be held and rotated with one hand using a wet blasting nozzle held in the other hand inside the cabin.   The environmentally friendly wet blasting equipment guarantees quick processing of components that fit within the cabin and can be easily turned around. In addition to safely deburring items, this equipment can be used to clean and prepare surfaces for coating. The loaded items can be rotated around their own axis and moved to other workstations for wet blasting on both the outer and inner diameters thanks to the motorized rotary table movement. With the help of the operator, parts are loaded one at a time and removed from the loading area once the full processing sequence has been completed. A robotic arm loading mechanism can be included into these systems to do away with the requirement for operator assistance. The part height determines the size of the cabin. This variant is especially used in the defense and weapons industries for blasting barrels. Both glass beads and aluminum oxide, fused alumina can be used as consumables to get the required RA value.
