Guarantee & Maintenance Services
We maintain the highest performance of your machines with our 2-year warranty and regular maintenance services for our products. During the warranty period, we do not charge any service fees for issues arising from manufacturing defects

Prompt Response and Technical Support
Our experienced technical support staff is set up to help you via video conference as soon as you run into any technical difficulties, getting issues fixed as soon as possible. We have experienced that wear or blockage contributes to 99% of service and support requests, which can be quickly fixed with a simple video chat. For the 1% of requests that remain, we develop a service plan and take care of the problems there.

Supply of Spare Parts
We have an extensive inventory of spare parts that we keep on hand, so you can get the items you need fast and with consistency. We promise to provide our clients who buy our machines with spare parts for 10 years.

Installation and Set Up Services
For clients who purchase machinery from us, we offer free online commissioning and installation services. Following installation and commissioning, we provide your operators with crucial information and practical user training. On-site visit installation services are subject to an additional charge.

Replacing Spare Parts Beyond the Fast Wearing Components
Throughout the warranty period, we offer the free replacement of spare parts, with the exception of fast wearing parts and heavily defective parts due to usage.
